In case, the product you have received is ‘Damaged‘, ‘Defective‘ or ‘Not as Described‘, our Return policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- It’s “No longer needed”.
- Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Made to order (on demand) will not be returned.
- If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch with our Team via email at [email protected] or Whatsapp at 8779822066 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return pickup of the product from our side will be arranged where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from customers delivery address. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You have to send email to [email protected] or Whatsapp at 8779822066 for cancellation request. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you. Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 24-48 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

- Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
